Responsibilities Perform random patrols of HMC campus and outlying properties and observes conditions.
Performs random, alternating inside and outside security checks of HMC campus a minimum of three times per shift.
Report to the appropriate parties any damages or unusual conditions that may cause a threat to the wellbeing of patients, residents, visitors, staff, or physical assets of the Complex.
Respond to calls for assistance and determine course of action to ensure security of patients, residents, visitors, staff, or physical assets of the Complex.
Respond to alarms and take appropriate actions to ensure security of patients, residents, visitors, staff, or physical assets of the Complex.
Assist with maintenance checks and limited EHS tasks.
Escort employees to and from work areas as requested and time permits.
Remove trash from administration and Daycare.
Monitor video surveillance equipment.
Initiate a group page as appropriate and assist complex units as needed.

Appropriately, professionally, and thoroughly complete necessary reports and paperwork.
Requirements Apply commonsense understanding carrying out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Clearly write summaries of work done or findings of inspection.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic understanding of effective security practices and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
